Animal Flex is made by the popular supplement company known as Universal. This particular product is aimed at helping to support the health of joints in athletes. It is supposed to be designed at a strength meant just for body builders and powerlifters. Powerlifting can put a lot of stress on joints, and these athletes may need a stronger supplement then those who don’t work out. They say that with on dose of Animal Flex a day you can increase the health of your joints, ligaments, and tendons. From looking at the ingredients, lets see what we really like and don’t like about this product.
Benefits
From looking at the ingredients in Animal Flex we liked that they contain Glucosamine, MSM, and Chondroitin sulfate. We also liked that they had ingredients like flaxseed oil to help increase lubrication in the joints. We also noticed that it contained vitamin C which is important to help the other ingredients work better.
Side Effects
What we didn’t like about Animal Flex was that they don’t contain enough of the effective ingredients. The Glucosamine, MSM, and Chondroitin were all in a 3000 mg blend. In order to be effective you really need at least 1500 mg of both Glucosamine and Chondroitin. There is no way that this blend has enough.
Conclusion
Animal Flex is not a product that we highly recommend. It has some great ingredients, but just doesn’t seem to have the right amounts. It may actually give you some good benefits, but overall will not give you the joint pain relief, or joint support you may be looking for.
